Processing Time:
- Please allow 15 business days for production of your hand-knitted or crocheted products.
Shipping Time:
- Once your product is complete, it will be shipped via Indian Postal Services.
- You can expect delivery within 8-10 business days after your order is shipped.
Total Delivery Time:
- Please anticipate a total delivery timeframe of 23-25 business days from the time you place your order.
Shipping Cost:
- We ship pan-India!
- Shipping costs are calculated as per the location of shipping. You will be able to calculate the amount while purchasing the product.
Tracking:
- Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with tracking information.
International Shipping:
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
Changes to Your Order:
- We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@knitrollers.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once your order has gone into production.
